How long does it take to get my order?

We ship with USPS:

  • Ground shipping typically takes 3-4 business days (M-F)
  • Express shipping typically takes 2-3 business days (M-F)

Once your order has been received and transferred to USPS, you will receive an email confirming your shipment and the USPS shipment tracking code.

What can I do if I accidentally shipped to the wrong address?

Let us know right away! If your order hasn’t shipped we can usually get it fixed right up for you. Just send a message to support@godeepsports.us with your name, invoice number, and correct address.

What’s Your Return Policy?

We are committed to providing you with the best golf products available. However, if you feel that you want to return an item to us for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange, store credit, or a refund, as long as the item is still new, unused, and in its original packaging or plastic wrap.

Which ball is right for me?

There are a lot of factors that go into the right ball for each type of player, but below are some general guidelines to get you going down the right track.

  • Handicap 30+: Balls Deep Distance
  • Handicap 20-30: Balls Deep XXX
  • Handicap 10-20: Balls Deep T4X
  • Handicap Under 10: Balls Deep T5X

These are just general recommendations. Each player is unique. Some players may want more control than what is suggested above. Take all of these with a margarita sized grain of salt.

I’m still not sure which ball will be best for me, is there a way I could try a few of each?

Absolutely! We want to make sure that you’re happy with the performance you’re seeing. Therefore, we offer a variety pack that allows you to try 3 of each of our top performing balls.

Can I mix-and-match different balls styles and still get the bulk discounts?
